Weather: CHILLY
But Kaohsiung is not as chilly as Taipei cause Taipei is nearer to the equator ( LOL GEOG)
Flew to Kaohsiung and then headed to Liuho Night Market to try some local snacks! :) (supper omgz)
My right ear was like blocked till the very next day ):<Smelly toufu!!!!! It stinks but it tastes okay hahaha

Day 2
After breakfast, we visited Fo Guang Shan, " Light of Buddha" Mountain and then proceed to Chi Jin Island( by ferry ^^) which is rich in seafood.
Then we went to The British Consulate, a 140-year-old heritage building. And also the Sun Moon Lake, a popular scenic spot known for its captivating beauty of its emerald waters surrounded by jade mountains. ( the place sounds pretty nice but it was like average?? I think cause it was noon time so the scenery wasnt that great )

Headed to Taichung!!
Had dinner at this damn damn damn damn coolzzzzzz restaurant called Five Cent Driftwood Restaurant(伍角船板)!! The place is like a cave kind of thing!! Its exterior looks like a rock castle and the interior walls, furniture and stairs are made from unfinished driftwood, rocks and seashells ^^
This lady have a dream kind of thing. She wants to run a very special restaurant and her dad's job is like construction. She learn architect or something and she came up with this idea of restaurant. SO now she have 5 outlets in taiwan and every restaurant have a different theme~ Its damn cool! Go to this web and see!!

Check in to Ful Won hotel and we went to Fengjia Night Market for some local snacks and shopping!!

Day 3
Had breakfast at the hotel and went to this Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village, the filming site of gong zhu xiao mei!!!!!! The village is also established to preserve the cultural heritage of Taiwan's nine hill-tribes houses, living style and traditional song-and-dance performances.
The place sort of like escape theme park kind of thing but i think its better!!! The Pirate Ship made me nutz i dont like the feeling when the ship goes down IT FEELS VERY UNEASY!!!!
So I ended up watching my family getting on other damn thrilling rides like the roller coaster and some water kind of thing hahahaha i only go for those average kind of rides LOL

the roller coaster is damn scary!! Luckily i didnt go and try!! It turned 360 degrees at a damn fast speed :S

Headed to Taipei!! ^^
Stroll(not!! It was drizzling so we walk damn fast!! The wind was damn strong so it was veryvery cold!! ) along Fisherman's Wharf the lover's bridge or something, the filming site of Meteor Garden and proceed to Tamshui to visit the historic Tamshui Old Street which is famous for its "iron-eggs" hahahahha
Stayed in a hotel with hot spring facilities ^^ Damn cool kind of thing!!
Day 4
Had breakfast at the hotel before getting to Martyrus Shrine to see the changing of guards' procession ceremony(?)
Then National Taiwan Democracy Memorial Hall and The Grand Hotel( a landmark of taiwan). Drove past the Presidential Hall.
Went to Wu Fen Pu Wholesale Market to shop for the latest fashion imported from Japan and Korea but all the clothes were not suitable to be worn in Singapore!! Its winter in Taiwan already):
Headed to Taipei 101!! The building is super tallllllllllllllllllllllllll
Went to Santos Hotel to put down our luggages and headed to Shihlin Night Market!! Its the largest night market in Taipei and theres a variety of local snacks!
Had ma la huo guo for lunch!! I added lots of chilli sauce to my soup base and my lips turned red after the meal HAHAHAHAHA

Day 5
Visit the National Palace Museum which houses the collection of ancient chinese treasures.
Went to Chiufen. Was raining damn heavily there and i shiver like mad!!!!
Enjoyed dinner at Badasan Aboriginal Restaurant which is managed by aborigines(原住民) :)
Back to the hotel :)

Day 6
Walk around the streets aimlessly hahaha and get to the airport for our flight home!!!!!!
Watched Up and (500) days of summer on the plane ^^
So here i am in my comfy home typing this long long long wordy post hahaha
P/S SORRY GUYS I CANT REALLY GET STUFF FOR YOU GUYS CAUSE
- MOST OF THE FOOD CANT BE BROUGHT HERE, IN MY STOMACH ALREADY SORRY NEED TO EAT THEM IN TAIWAN
- AND THOSE MY PARENTS BOUGHT ARE IN BIG PACKAGES ITS HARD TO DISTRIBUTE
- CANT REALLY GET KEYCHAINS AND STUFF AND I HAVE MANY PPL TO GET, ITS ALSO OUT OF BUDGET
